The Macallan: Art Basel

The Macallan made their Miami Art Basel debut at the Bass Museum with a multifaceted program featuring a 500 person party featuring a performance by James Blake with a special appearance by the New York City Ballet and projection mapping by Oscar Zabala, a private dinner for collectors and friends of the brand, and a commission from Jorge Mendez Blake which was added to the Bass Museum’s permanent collection.

I executive produced this project, directly overseeing venue negotiations, permitting, structural engineering, and the artwork commissions of both Mendez Blake and Zabala, as well as leading a team to oversee all fabrication and rentals; audio, video, and lighting; and bar operations and dinner service.
